We guarantee that at no time will anyone at ConsciousIsland.com intentionally send out unsolicited emails to email addresses not on our own contact lists. If you receive spam that looks like it came from us, please forward the message with full headers to us immediately so we can take action against the originator of the message.

While we do actively monitor the contents of posted messages and events, we are not responsible for any information posted, and we do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message or event listing.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Conscious Island or Earth Spirit Creations, or any entity associated with Conscious Island or Earth Spirit Creations.

This is a website for mature, intelligent, thought-provoking disucsions and information. Excessive use of profane or vulgar language is not acceptable.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use our website to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned from this website, and your service provider will be informed of your actions. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you.
